Robbers have to blend in with the AI and can't have weapons. Cops are only allowed to shoot when they are certain that they found a Robber. Cops can't shoot out tires while driving they can only shoot at the robbers on foot! Robbers get a little head start. The red gates indicate the area border. Do not go beyond them!
