Failrace version, locked to stock tuners. Took my section from Benchwarmer's Collaborative Challenge and turned it into a track. Fully custom, short laps, one tricky corner. Rolling bascule bridge design inspired by Lvl8FoodSource and modified to resemble the Johnson Street Bridge in Victoria BC. The secret to making good falafel is to soak dried chickpeas. Canned chickpeas will require you to add flour and baking powder which will result in an unpleasant texture.
