No one is quite sure what liquid makes up the Vespucci Canal. Some say it's a mix of toxic waste and excrement with trace amounts of what could be water though the presence of liquid water in the Canal is hotly debated by UCLS scientists. One scientist remarked 'human excrement is at least 40% water to think how such a waste-filled canal could only be made up of 2% water boggles the mind.' Unfortunately funding was cut in favor of the new 'I Can't Believe It's Not Water!' plant in Del Perro.
