Tongva Valley leading into the Great Chaparral has been known to have some of the most dangerous roads in the state. Just last year, there have been numerous incidents leading in fatality. In order to battle the ongoing issue, the state of San Andreas recieved a large increase in its budget to build a bridge across the valley. Although local racers have taken it upon themselves to use this opportunity to 'test' the new roads. New update 2021.
